FOX Performance stocks the majority of the products seen on our website. The remaining products are sent directly to you by the Manufacturer or Distributor. Our shopping cart is easy to use. When you are ready to purchase a product, simply "add to basket" and when you are ready to checkout, click the "checkout" button. Fill out the requested information to process your order and you will receive an e-mail confirmation in minutes.
We process all orders of in-stock products for shipment the same day if the order is received by 12 Noon PST - (3PM Eastern Time). Most of our products are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) A UPS Tracking Number will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of shipment.
We accept USA billed MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Please note for PayPal accounts, we only ship to a USA based confirmed address.
Returns
Product returns are accepted for 30 days from date of order with the following condtions:
No returns on electrical products
Product must be as new - not installed or used in any way.
All original packaging must be intact.
Return postage must be paid on the return by customer.
Please E-Mail us at fox at fox-performance.com for a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) Please place this number on the outside of the package on the address label. UPS and Fed Ex is the best form of return shipment as they have online tracking. A restocking fee of 20% will be accessed on all returns. No returns accepted after 30 days.
